What this policy covers
This policy covers homecarepaga.com. It does not cover information handled inside a client engagement, which is governed by the engagement letter and its confidentiality and data-handling terms.
What we collect
- Information you submit. Name, agency name, email address, optional phone number, caregiver count range, county, and whether you indicated a PAGA notice has been received. You provide this only by submitting a form.
- Analytics. Aggregate, cookieless measurement of page views and referrers through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track people across sites.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect special categories of personal information, and we ask you not to send employee data, payroll files, or wage statements through this website.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single browser storage entry records that you dismissed the privacy notice. Our email provider, Kit, may set a cookie when you submit a form, to manage your subscription.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to schedule and scope a call, and — if you asked for it — to email you when the LWDA rulemaking finalizes. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Kit (email), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Google Workspace (email). We disclose information otherwise only where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for three years from last contact. Email subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your California rights
Under the CCPA as amended, California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of sale or sharing — though we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Email brian@homecarepaga.com to make a request; we will verify your identity before acting on it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update the date above when this policy changes and post the revised version here.
